This incident has been resolved. We have monitored the Pipelines service infrastructure for the past 24 hours and see it has been stable.

Monitoring
We have finished the cleanup of the degraded message broker component which is used by the Pipelines service and stabilized the infrastructure. We have done a smoke test about the current status and continuing to monitor the health of the service.

JFrog Pipelines background services are operating normally for the past 12h.
There was an issue with our underlying message-broker system where Pipelines users experienced intermittent issues.
We are continuing to monitor their health.
