We had an issue on our RDS server in USW2 region (Oregon) between 6:10 PM PST to 8:55 PM PST during which we did not receive alerts. This impacted customers with downtime during this period who were hosted in this region.
The issue had been identified and had been resolved and we are working with DevOps to add alerts to detect this preventable scenario from occurring in the future.
